Orders

- Her Essence reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment Methods
We offer two payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered — available all over Pakistan.
- Advance Payment: Pay online in advance and receive free delivery on your order.
Delivery
- We currently deliver only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping.
- Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered based on your location.
- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchange
- Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
